The Carolina Ball Babes are required to look fit and be in shape. You must be willing to submit a full picture and be willing to come in for an interview. You will be required to make team appearances with a short notice and be at all home games. Ball babes will be on the field giving balls to the official, distributing items into the crowd, and interacting with fans. This is a nonpaying position.
