Express lane
The Titans (2-0) and the Reading Express (2-0) are two of five teams in the Arena Indoor Football Association that are undefeated.
One of them won't be after they face off Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Civic Center. Reading has proven to be a tough road team, going 7-0 in 2006 and rallying in the fourth quarter to beat Pittsburgh on the road in the season opener two weeks ago.
Keven Jackson is very familiar with the Express. As Canton's defensive coordinator in 2006, Jackson went 2-1 against Reading - which includes a playoff victory.
Reading returns most of its top players from a team that won 12 straight games last season.
Flashback
The Titans are just two games into their inaugural season, but they are already ahead of the Tallahassee Thunder in one department. The Thunder, who played in arenafootball2 from 2000-2002, never started a season 2-0.
The Thunder went 5-11 in 2000, 11-6 in 2001 and 9-8 in 2002. They lost in the first round of the playoffs their last two seasons.
