Phantoms release 2008 Schedule
15 Nov.-The dates are set. The opponents are lined up. The Phantoms are ready to win football games.
"We are happy to have our schedule set and see what challenges we have ahead of us. This is going to be a very exciting year." says General Manager Dennis Smith.
The Phantoms will open at home against one of the AIFA's expansion franchises, Baltimore Mariners. With the league offices just relocating to the Baltimore area, a win here would really serve notice to the rest of the league.
Also on the schedule are the Fayetteville Guard, the Carolina Speed and the Augusta Colts. All of whom are natural rivals for the Phantoms. Not to mention the Reading Express, who played in the league's championship game last season.
