According to Google Maps, it takes about 100 minutes to get to Indy from Danville. That's probably too far for the Demolition to count on any support attendance-wise from Danville. It would pretty much be like Johnstown fans supporting the RiverRats. I have no problem with Johnstown people supporting the RiverRats.

theoretically the drive to Indy is nothing. It is a straight shot on I-74 and usually takes approx. 1hr 15 min to get to downtown from Danville.

What is it with people from South Bend ruining indoor football? If Justin Gettys and Kris Underwood come calling, run... run away very fast... The Joyce Center in South Bend has been undergoing some hefty renovations, should be nice, and busy, once it's completed. The Pepsi Coliseum in Indy is a part of the state fairgrounds I think... hockey team there was not very receptive to a football team coming in and the arena indicated it would not be forthcoming with good dates; hockey team got priority. Hope it works out though... maybe these mysterious investors we've been hearing about in Springfield will resurrect the Stallions so you can have 'em back. Will make the road trips easier and the Freeze can get another win... As someone very familiar with the Springfield situation I have to say that you are very correct about Justin Gettys, but there is no reason to put Chris Underwood in that same boat. Chris is the only one who stood by after Justin was ran from town and after D'lo left and he tried to make it work. D'lo ran out of money and Chris was not able to sell his other businesses in time for more cash flow. He did his best to make it work and unfortunately did not have any help. I was part of the coaching staff that saw what he was doing to make it work. Our beef in Springfield is not with Underwood it is with Gettys. FYI, Chris must not be to bad of a business-man because he is now a part owner of a team in the AF2.
