ONe of the players that the demolition released just signed with bloomington extreme of UIF. Good thing we got rid of all the bad players and asked the good ones back. Who needed Carlos Lattimore anyway?? I mean he played at Illinois and has indoor experience......but who cares?? And how bout RJ Luke? NFL, AFL and penn state/ western illinois. He still has AFL teams (san jose, new orleans, las vegas) calling for him......yea but he sucks too. I guess the three td's that he caught on (or should I say "on top of") reading was a sure sign for this organization that he needs to go. Or how bout the center Tony Reetz?? Started at Illinois State.....he's gone. Spin it how you like........this was not a move to bring in better players. This was the move of a desperate broke man looking to save what cents he had left in his pocket. And the league owners trying to save their own had him try to pin this on John Brammer (former owner? / idiot) but when coach luke talked to him J.B. came to his senses and fled town knowing of the debt that has now arisen. So then M&M turned to our coach as the next scape goat but coach luke wasnt having it. And niether were his players. All made a stand to m&m at the huntington game and that is why the team and coaches got released. It got as bad as the owner of the league calling huntington's head coach tellin him to come after 13,32. (13-R.J. Luke 32-Harry Lattimore ) Not too obvious why since Morris avoided all calls by RJ Luke who was wanting answers for the REPEATED broken promises and the other player Harry Lattimore called him a "used car sales man" among a few other choice words. Then our owner had the you know whats to go over to the huntington tailgate party with the owner of huntington and say that they need to go after 13 and 32 all night long.....hmmmm....could this have mink and morris's hands all over it?? Not to mention the refs were also called by the M&M and told to kick out any demolition player that shows "anger" during the game....especially 13 & 32. This is a "professional league" right?? Sounds like 2 high school bullies that make up thier own rules while they go and can bully everyone else with dreams of the AFL and NFL and never playing football again. Problems like these and others could all be smoothed out if leagues had a players union like the NFLPA , ect. Then it might be more like a real league and not just a playground for 2 bullies to do as they please.
