For any of you "Doubting Thomases" out there (if there are any) Including you Timmy....The Demolition is done in Danville. According to rumors, JC owes the Palmer Center thousands and they have decided to give him the boot! Here's a link to a story: www.commercial-news.com/local/local_story_170122145.htmlYes Johnny Boy - YOU SCREWED DANVILLE!! AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU!!!! Why don't you come on down for a visit sometime??!?!??!

Thats unfortunate. Unless someone goes in there and pays all the monies owed looks like they are out of an arena. I dont know where they go from there, if anywhere........

Unless he sells the team. Sounds like he could relocate.

Maybe Steubenville too. Though with their failures in trying to have an indoor football team there it wouldnt make sense.

That worthless piece of *beeeeeeeeeeeep*. It has been lie after lie from day one. In the back of my mind I knew this was going to happen, but the clouds of wishful thinking had me blinded. I hope Danville never forgets John Christner's name. To all those who stood behind this cheapskate where is your opinion now? Where are the comments about not being in financial trouble? Thank you so much for screwing over our town again. John you are no better than the stereotypical used car salesman, say whatever you can to make the sale no matter what the consequences might be for the other party. You are pathetic. I have to leave for work but I am sure I will continue my rant tomorrow.

Especially after the Marion debacle. I bet Mr. Stein is happy he left his position as PR Guy before the season. I can't imagine the difficulty of trying to save face with the fans.

Sad to hear they are done. This just makes the league look bad too those who live out west. Hope they don't judge the league based on one idiot owner. Atleast our owner cares about his players. This guy should be banned from ever owning a team again in any league.

Wow the wheels have fallen right off the bus. The CIFL has a lot of issues. Especially after the Marion debacle. I bet Mr. Stein is happy he left his position as PR Guy before the season. I can't imagine the difficulty of trying to save face with the fans. I've actually studied the situations and devised how I would handle things. When I resigned in January, I did not foresee the issues the league has had this year. I simply didn't have time to give the job what it deserved, and that was that. The bottom line: It appears everyone wins. My lack of time didn't hurt the CIFL this year, and the league appears to be satisfied with my replacement (at least, that's what they've said, and that's what we have to go on). A win-win situation.
