News from our Front Office...our intern Jason Ogle who filled in for Bob McCool last week in Canton(and did a great job) has asked and I have said "yes" to him radio webcasting our home games for those of you who can't make it to our arena as well as the fans who do not purchase AIFA TV and of course now to all visiting teams fans, you'll have another access to your teams game while they play in Reading.....check out our team website for details.

 I will say the audio cast was done and once again very nicely by the fill in announcer. I dont mean any disrespect here, but i forget his name. But the guy is at the top of his craft and should be doing it fulltime somewhere. I still support Bob McCool but if he aint available i'll take this guy anytime.

bob does the play by play pa system at our home games and cant do radio cast...jason asked if he could webcast our home games and said yes

Express fans are lucky to have two quality announcers like Jason and Bob. Any update on when AIFA TV will be available for Express Home games? |

well the aifa tv box was there sat. night ...why it didn't work? i will start making calls today to find out....also i might try and see if both bob and jason will go to johnstown this weekend...bob could call the game and jason could be his color guy...we'll see

I logged in to the site the night of the game but there wasn't a link available to view it. I've tried contacting aifatv/scn but have gotten nowhere so far. I know they already charged my credit card. AF |

AF UPDATE: Just called SNC...they say Express didn't provide feed...told him that box was there per Bernie's message above and they got rude on phone to me...asked me if I wanted to see email they sent express telling them there was no feed and if they didn't fix the problem the game would be pulled from the schedule and a refund given. I call and on this whole aifa tv process...it shouldn't be that hard to do...don't know who is at fault but makes me wonder what is going on. AF |

i will find out...all i know is that i had 23 e-mails in my box this morning and none were from SCN..i will find out what the problem is...if it's on our end we'll fix it, but i gotta know first what needs to be fixed

Isn't it interesting that the same story keeps recurring time and time again.
A patron calls SCN, they try to blame the team/league, then get sh!tty with you when you pin them to the wall.
ArenaFalcon, I'm telling you they will not refund you crap. They follow the Ferengi first rule of acquisition, "Once you have their money, you never give it back." Dispute that charge on your card. That's the only way.

Star Trek is way cooler then Battlestar Galactica.
As far as refunds. Only one I know of is picman getting one. But he waited a loooooooooooong time.

Loco, Babylon 5 is my second favorite behind Star Trek. I kinda like Stargate too, although I haven't watched a lot of it. I don't care too much for the new Battlestar Galactica. |
