i'm all for it...i will answer as much as i can from a gm and coaching perspective.....it does really go without saying, but there are def. things that are confidential and i can't answer, but isn't that the case in most companies,,,,but i will be as open as possible

I think that everyone here is pretty well behaved so there shouldnt be any problems. But as Joe said, if anyone acts up we will break out the dreaded warning levels and ban if necessary. As long as either Joe and/or i are there, we will see whats going on and we can suspend the accounts on the spot for either an extended period of time or permenantly...........

I too am all for the scheduled live chats with front office/ownership/coaching personel. However, i think that most questions will be fishing for that "confidential" info that cant be shared. I just hope that the board members here who participate understand that all their questions wont be answered.I would also recommend this to take place in the evenings, betweeen 6 & 8 pm. This seems to be the boards busiest time?........

we can def. work out a time...just give me a little, my wife are having our baby on monday for sure (c-section) but we have been in emergency 2 times on false alarms and for us this is kid #5..the express needs some future dancers and players..

You'll have to ask Joe to review your case and maybe he'll give you a reprieve ;D. In all honesty, in my talks with Joe, your warning level is just his way of razzing you. Maybe he'll show his big heart and remove it?

it will be re-scheduledas soon as all the necessary details are worked out.....there was much more involved than anyone anticipated...but all aspects are moving forward
