No offense to Baltimore since they are getting better but I don't see how that is a high note. Beating a team in its first year that has struggled all year and only winning 19-17. That is down right embarassing. I just hope these teams can get it together for next year. I want to see more games that are nail biters next year. I guess I will see atleast a few yet this year with going down to Florence. Gl to Baltimore on recruiting some great players for next year. I hope that you guys are here next year.

The changes Baltimore made late this season sure helped out a lot. Their defense is solid. As far as wanting a nailbiter, it does not get any more of a nailbiter than the game coming down to the last minute. That is literally what it did. Baltimore played horrible offense and the Hawks were not that much better. The two defenses were spot on.

I was at the game and it Did come down to the wire very little kicking attempted or made and some two point conversions missed. Baltimore wanted this one but it was not to be #34 Todd McGough had a couplie of interceptions including one at the end of the game. I talked to him breifly and asked him to get an interception and he told me he would get two and he kept his word. #21 Trenton Jones also had a couple. Baltimore had a couple also. Fortunatly for Johnstown QB Jenkins was playing injured and fortunatly for Baltimore Johnstown put their wide reciever in at QB (when Quinten was injured) again and he was looking to run the ball. Batimores defence was very good against the run. One thing for sure Baltimore came back in the fourth quarter and the game came down to the wire in a defensive struggle.
