For that game we suited up our practice squad and guys who normally dont suit up and most of them played the whole second half. Im sure the Starters loved giving up their paychecks so the scrubs can get some playing time. I just dont see that happening.

Mason does not have the accuracy that he had last year. He looks flat alot in the games they have had at home. I wouldn't mind if Mcmullen would play a little more. I appreciate what Mason has done but he is not him self. Too many interceptions that aren't even close. Also whats up with Olive letting the defensive co-ordinator run the offense when Mcmullen did finally get in. To me that is bush league and if I was Scott I would be pissed that Olive thinks he is too good to coach him, let alone only play him the final drive. I don't know about Olive, he is making poor decisions for some reason.

That is alright Turf Burn our starters will all be in when you come into town and get a bad case of TURF BURN. The Express were still trying to get their feet under them when we played you and anyone that was in this league last year knows that at the end of the season it takes alot more than Pitt has to beat us. It took the league champs to unrail us last year and you aren't even close to the Legends caliber.

It was a good game (my first of the year), but the offense definitely wasn't clicking. The crowd was pretty decent too, especially compared to 2005 and some of 06. Interestingly, I swear I saw Haines in the crowd. Hey ABAsite yes Haines was their, our Off needs to do better in the redzone, but the Blackbirds are better than they look. Their QB was not trowing to open WR, he keep throwing to one WR unless he had to go to another, Their D is OK, they blew some coverage. The Blackbirds were fighting among them selfs, what I'd like to no is do they get film of the game to be honest their coach doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing.

Yeah until I saw on here, I didn't realize he was still in Canton. How's his Pittsburgh team doing? Guess I've been out of the loop, haha. The Blackbirds weren't awful, they were just over matched. It says a lot that we only beat them by 36, I had been predicted we'd put up 100 on them, and if we were playing like we did in '06, we really could have.
