We all have seen the raids on this league. Maybe its time to save what is left by merging into the tier 2 of the AF1. I know its not the most popular but the league fees are less than the af2 and at least there will be a strong bigger city support system. I have seen both leagues up close since having 2 teams in my city and it may be the best way.

If it were to happen i think the majority would approve of a merger whether it be with AF1 or IFL. Not saying we want it to happen but if i did i think we'd embrace it.

I heard from a reliable source that the SIFL was gonna merge with the Lingerie Football League. Is this true?

It'd be fun to see an SIFL/AIFA merger because you'd be the bitCHes ....

LOL. If it happens i am open to it. At the rate the AIFA is going no matter who we lose or who we get seems like it will always be a 14 team league. 2010 seems to me that it will be the least competitive based on the teams we lost and the one who stayed. Look for Reading, Baltimore & Wyoming to be in the post season....

I wouldn't mind the southern teams that are left in the 'AIFA' joining the 'SIFL'.

But what I would really like to see from the 'SIFL' right now is a little more. Big talk so far but not much movement besides Columbus joining. South Carolina still has no logo. In fact the only website it exist on is the 'AIFA'.

Personally I can see most of the 'AIFA' teams splitting in every direction before it's all over. Thats usually what happens with league's that spread themselves too thin. Some join here and some join there, Some join up to form a newer "better league".

Just my opinion's though
